Holy Smokes and Jesus....

It seems like forever since I updated this thing. I have been so busy lately that I haven't had a chance to update. See that's what happens when the weather gets warmer, folks are always OUTSIDE!! Me included!! This weekend was cool, in spite of the Pistons losing that Game 7. I finally checked my email and read some of the comments you all left...I know, I know, I talked BIG SHIT but the Pistons gave it a gallant effort and I commend them on a great season in spite of all the drama that took place early on.

Weekend Recap:

-- Took off on Friday cause I was NOT feeling like coming in to work after watching that Game last Thursday night. Mainly chilled at the crib and cleaned up. Went out later on that night to one of the local watering holes and had some MORE drinks with my buddy Mikey... got home and Crashed. Saturday, didn't do to much cause it was like in the upper 90's for the better part of the day so that meant pretty much staying in the AC till the sun went down....had some people come thru and watch the Mayweather vs. Gatti fight..and let me tell you...pound for pound...Floyd Mayweather has to be the best fighter out there now...I mean the headshots he was giving Gatti seemed like they were locked on with laser precision...*smh*..it was brutal...Sunday, hit up like 2 BBQ's and came home and watched American Me...*Awesome movie, I know its like 3 hours long, but I HAVE to watch it whenever it comes on..lol*

...and that brings us to Monday morning around these parts and back to the grind once again...I am looking forward to this weekend though, cause you know its GOING DOWN starting this Friday!! And in case you have NOT heard..*yeah right*...this weekend is the Chicago Blogger Blowout! I can't wait for those of you who are coming to make it here. I just know it will be a BLAST and  I want to personally thank Ms. Keish for putting it all together and Golden for being the brainchild behind it all!! * Smooches to the both of you!!*

Well that's all for now, I guess I should get to work...Blah!!!

I can't wait to get to Chi-town myself. My girls and I get in on Thursday morning and we plan on going to the taste. Hey why i thought your BBQ was on saturday or something and we leave sunday so we wont be there for the 4th and all the festivities...but I owe you a birthday drink and all so if you want we can all link up.
